The SSL software decodes the data only after it reaches our server, meaning hackers can’t snatch any of your personal information while it is in transit.
Sales Tax
No sales tax will be added to any order.
Billing and Payment
Payment is required before work begins on all orders, unless you have an approved account set up with us. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Sales tax, if applicable, will be paid by the customer.
Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Factory, unless otherwise indicated. All freight and handling charges will be paid by the customer. If a shipping method has not been specifically requested by the customer, the most economical shipping method will be utilized. If other shipment means are required due to unusual circumstances, upon your approval, we will select the most appropriate method to deliver your awards in time for your event. Drop shipment services are available. Please call for further details.
Claims
Upon receipt of your order, carefully count and examine all merchandise. All claims for defective orders must be reported to our office within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All claims for undelivered shipments must be reported to our office within 5 days of anticipated receipt of merchandise.
Returned Merchandise
Unless custom products are damaged in shipment or reflect obvious defects in workmanship, they cannot be returned to us under any circumstances. In the event of spelling errors on our part we will supply a new item at no additional charge.
Cancellation Charges
Orders cancelled during production and prior to shipment will be charged an amount equal to the percentage of completion of the order at the time the order is cancelled.
Samples Submitted by Customers
We cannot guarantee the return of samples to the customer. If requested and if possible, every effort will be made to return customer samples promptly.
Rush Service
Due to time constraint circumstances stated by the customer, some products may be produced in less time than the stated normal production schedules. A charge may or may not apply. For further details, please discuss with a sales representative.

Prices depicted throughout the Web site are current and subject to change without any prior notice. In the event of a price increase, every effort will be made to provide advance notice of such an increase.
Errors & Omissions
K2 Laserworks has made every effort to accurately publish its pricing, notes, and other general information in this website. If an error has occurred in pricing, quantity breaks, delivery times, or in some other area of pertinent information, which may or may not affect your order, we reserve the right to override what is published and provide to you the accurate information at any time during the course of the ordering process.
Rights to Promotion
K2 Laserworks reserves the right to use any and all products produced for sale to customers in any advertising, direct mail, collateral materials, tradeshow booth, or other marketing vehicles and displays unless otherwise specified in writing by the customer at the time the order is placed. Products displayed in any advertising, marketing, display, or promotional vehicle are shown as examples of the type and quality of the products produced. They are not represented for resale, nor are they to be construed as product or brand-name endorsements for the registered mark owners.
Trademarks, Registration Marks, and Copyrights
The customer shall defend, hold harmless and free of all liability, K2 Laserworks regarding trademark, registration mark, or copyright infringements and/or disputes. K2 Laserworks assumes the customer has permission prior to production to use all registered designs, marks, logos, graphics, and other artwork submitted for the express purpose of reproduction of same into custom medals and/or other awards. The customer agrees to assume any and all responsibility and liability resulting from trademark, registration mark, or copyright infringement actions or demands brought against K2 Laserworks.
Sending Your Artwork Artwork is accepted for engraving in two types; PRINTED ART or as aDIGITAL FILE.
PRINTED ARTWORK: Must be black and white ‘Camera Ready’. This includes clean copy from a laser printer. It is also best if artwork is as large, or larger than, the desired engraved size. This way we can reduce the art to fit your needs.
DIGITAL ARTWORK: Must be black and white, no gray scale, in one of the below formats and sent to us as large or larger than desired size. (Engraved outcome is only as good as the supplied artwork). Adobe Illustrator (.ai) Adobe Photoshop (.psd, .tiff, .eps, .pdf, .jpg) - Resolution of 300 dpi at same size as final reproduction. Adobe Acrobat (.pdf, .jpg) Corel Draw (.cdr) - Resolution of 600 dpi at same size as final reproduction. - Include any font files that are unique to your artwork or convert the text to outlines. Photographic Images: RGB or CMYK Data Files: If you have special requests for basic layout or text placement on any award or plaque, submit in the following format.
